The Ask? Client is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant. Must have extensive experience implementing AI Control Tower.
Skills and Experience
- Must have a thorough understanding of how ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower and its integrated workspaces support governance, compliance (including EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF), lifecycle management, and value tracking for AI initiatives.
- Must have prior experience managing stakeholders such as: AI Stewards, Product Owner, Risk & Compliance Managers, and members of the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) within an organization. This role requires a heavy Client interaction – hence must have an excellent communication.
- ServiceNow core architecture mastery
- Strong command of the ServiceNow data model and extensibility
- Workflow/automation architecture
- Architecting -Copilot-integrated- agentic AI patterns with ServiceNow
- Enterprise data modeling skills
- Integration architecture

- Implementing, managing, and governing AI systems, models, datasets, and prompts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and global regulations.

- demonstrate business value, thereby accelerating responsible AI adoption and regulatory compliance.
