Description
We are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team in New Haven, Connecticut. This position involves working within a dynamic technical call center environment, focusing on ensuring seamless communication systems and user support. As a Long-term Contract role, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users within the call center environment.
Manage provisioning tasks to ensure efficient setup and operational functionality of communication systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement call flows tailored to organizational needs.
Develop and enhance system features to optimize performance and user experience.
Perform ongoing maintenance and support for communication platforms, including Genesys and UCCX.
Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions and maintain system reliability.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Support the integration and migration of users into upgraded communication platforms.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ICD codes.
Deliver exceptional service while addressing telecommunications-related inquiries and challenges.
Requirements
Experience with ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards.
Proficiency in post-payment processes and telecommunications systems.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with Genesys and UCCX platforms is highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support.
Proven ability to document system configurations and processes accurately.
Prior experience in a healthcare or social assistance environment is a plus.
