  • Product Ownership: Translate market problems into clear Product Requirements Documents, feature specs, and phased roadmaps; make data-driven trade-offs across silicon area, power, performance, and BOM.
  • Technical Influence: Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions and innovations for heterogeneous compute, AI acceleration, real-time processing, security, and connectivity.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, go-to-market, sales, applications, operations) throughout the product lifecycle ensuring alignment and successful execution.
  • Market Leadership: Develop competitive positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to win in relevant segments.
  • Business Impact: Build data-driven business cases and pricing strategies that deliver revenue growth and market share.
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Lead products from concept through launch, adoption, and sustained success.
  • Technology Evangelist: Represent NXP at industry events, engage key customers, and create impactful technical content.
  • Go-to-market execution: Work with engineering, applications, sales, FAEs, customers, and partners to drive adoption of MPUs.

Your Background
  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (MS/MBA a plus).
  • 10+ years in product management, product marketing, customer management, or systems engineering for MPUs, SoCs, or embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer requirements into actionable specs for hardware, software, and systems teams.
  • Strong understanding of heterogeneous compute architectures (CPU/GPU/NPU/DSP), memory systems, and interconnects.
  • Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and toolchains.
  • Familiarity with edge AI applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, and sensor fusion in embedded systems.
  • Working knowledge of Arm cores, PCIe, and Ethernet.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitive analysis, and business case development.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling product messaging.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industry.
  • Initiative-taking and purposeful with a passion for innovative technology.

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience in datacenter architectures and use cases.
  • Familiarity with NXP processors, especially Layerscape and S32N devices.
  • Understanding of security topics, also including post quantum crypto.
  • Experience with embedded software development, operating systems (Linux, RTOS), and developer toolchains is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
