This role involves designing and deploying machine learning solutions within a fast-paced, start-up style team environment, leveraging modern AI/ML technologies and agent orchestration frameworks. The position focuses on end-to-end ML lifecycle execution, including development, deployment, and scaling of models to support business use cases. The job is open to candidates within the 100 miles radius of Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and developers
Manage the full ML lifecycle: analysis, development, engineering, deployment, scaling, and support
Develop and contribute to AI agents using CoPilot Studio or similar frameworks
Provide hands-on ML expertise to drive innovation and efficiency

Machine Learning Model Development & Deployment 5+ years
ML Lifecycle Management (end-to-end) 5+ years
