III. POSITION SUMMARY

ERP Finance Consultant. Reporting to the Finance Global ERP Sr. Manager, this role provides technical-functional support to align global financial processes with the SAP ECC template, specifically assisting with the HighRadius interface project. The position focuses on optimizing Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit management, mapping local business requirements into the ERP while ensuring all financial workflows strictly adhere to global SOX controls.

IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

The ERP Finance Consultant has primary responsibility for governance of the SAP ECC Template Solution and standard deployment of the HighRadius interface project to ensure consistency for the Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit management processes across the global business and align with global SOX controls. In this role, the ERP Finance Consultant is expected to: Use SAP ECC and Accounts Receivable (AR) business process knowledge to drive the configuration phase of the HighRadius interface project.

• Configure and optimize SAP-HighRadius system touchpoints for Accounts Receivable, credit management, and global cash application.

Provide deep functional expertise to map, identify, and validate business requirements specifically for the HighRadius interface.

• Partner with the Data Team to manage data mapping governance, handle interface fields, and resolve data conflicts.
• Design, build, and maintain standard test scripts tailored specifically for the SAP-HighRadius interface lifecycle.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) cycles to validate seamless data flows between SAP ECC and HighRadius.
• Deliver project defect resolution during SIT and UAT before promoting any interface changes to production and by guiding business users through validation of the new interface functionality.
• Participate actively in technical Mock tests and Production Cutover activities for the HighRadius go-live.
• Ensure all configured workflows, interfaces, and testing scenarios strictly adhere to global corporate SOX controls.

V. REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor s Degree in Finance, or related curriculum

Experience

• Minimum 5 years Finance professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of ERP Project experience
• Minimum 5 years of SAP end-user experience in Finance & Consolidation
• Corporate or Manufacturing site experience in the following functional areas:
• General Ledger and Period End Closing Processes
• A/R and Cash Application
• Credit Management
• AR Financial Reporting including Business Management and Statutory Requirements

Language Skills

• English (fluency in reading, writing and speaking)

Preferred Certifications

• CPA certifications a plus

Additional skills desired

• Ensure timely decision-making during configuration and testing by including the correct financial and technical experts.
• Escalate project issues and risks, or quality concerns to the Project Manager and PMO.
• Review HighRadius-specific training curriculum, materials, and end-user job aids when needed.
• Transfer SAP-HighRadius configuration, interface knowledge, and documentation to project team members, implementation partners, and the ongoing ERP support organization.
