Job Description Summary
Manages and maintains the organization's cyber security systems and infrastructure and protects the organization's IT systems and computer networks against cyber attacks, intrusions, malware and various types of data breaches.

Job Description

This position follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.


Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Enterprise Network Engineering: Strong experience with large-scale enterprise networks, including routing, switching, WAN, data center, firewalls, load balancing, wireless, and cloud connectivity.
  • Engineering Leadership: Proven ability to lead network engineering teams, establish priorities, manage workload, develop associates, and drive accountability for delivery.
  • Architecture & Strategy: Ability to translate business and technology requirements into scalable, resilient network solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
  • Network Modernization: Experience leading infrastructure modernization, lifecycle management, automation, technology refreshes, and adoption of emerging network technologies.
  • Operational Resiliency: Strong understanding of high availability, redundancy, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and performance management for business-critical networks.
  • Project & Delivery Management: Experience managing complex network initiatives, dependencies, resources, timelines, risks, and coordination across multiple technical teams.
  • Security & Risk: Working knowledge of network security, vulnerability management, regulatory requirements, technology risk, and audit controls within a large enterprise environment.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing strategic relationships with network technology vendors, carriers, and service providers, including escalation and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to partner effectively with Network Operations, Security, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, application teams, and technology leadership.
  • People Development: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop engineers, build technical depth, establish succession plans, and reduce reliance on individual subject-matter experts.
  • Communication: Strong executive and technical communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate strategy, technical risks, priorities, and recommendations to both technical and leadership audiences
