The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for an established, rapidly growing leader in the machine tool spindle repair industry in their search for a General Facility Manager. This is a high-visibility, mission-critical role for an operations-minded technical leader, serving as a direct pipeline for a future General Management position within the organization. We are looking for a candidate based in the Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio area who can drive operational excellence, mentor a skilled technical team, and uphold the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct all day-to-day operations and functions of the service facility to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Mentor and supervise the performance of Repair Technicians to foster professional growth and technical precision.

  • Collaborate with the Midwest Service Center to balance workload demands and streamline repair workflows.

  • Advise the Sales team by providing technical expertise, accurate cost estimates, and project timelines.

  • Synthesize root cause analysis regarding spindle failures to provide actionable improvement recommendations.

  • Calculate labor costs and component pricing to generate accurate, professional repair quotes.

  • Delegate complex spindle repairs to technicians based on their specific proficiency levels and past performance.

  • Verify final repair reports and completed work to ensure all projects meet internal quality standards and customer expectations.

What You Bring

  • Advanced technical proficiency in Super Precision Rolling Element Bearing Application within High Speed Rotating Equipment.

  • Demonstrated experience in Machine Tool Service or Machining / Grinding.

  • A strong background in Mechanical Or Electromechanical Engineering, with the ability to perform Rotating Equipment Machine Elements Calculations.

  • Expertise in Bearing And Mechanical Component Failure Analysis.

  • Proven Organizational Skills and a commitment to maintaining excellence in every project.

  • Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.

  • Unwavering Ethical And Moral Character with a high degree of internal motivation.
