Role: IT Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid)

The resource will work with the Project Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise-scale technology project. The role ensures that business requirements are properly captured, leading to a successful transition.
The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and user community. The individual must be comfortable with technology, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. A strong team player attitude and willingness to do what is needed to complete tasks successfully is essential.
Essential Duties / Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will act as a detailed planner, strong communicator, skilled analyst, and have a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems. The selected individual will focus on discovering and developing innovative solutions, analyzing and evaluating business systems and operational needs, documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and aligning systems with business strategies.
They will collaborate with departmental heads, executives, and stakeholders to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Develop and document business process models for current and future states.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Create workflow diagrams, analyze system capabilities, and write specifications.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support optimization efforts.
- Break down roadmap features into user stories.
- Work with IT and business teams to implement solutions aligned with goals.
- Serve as a liaison between business departments and technical teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
- Participate in testing and validating systems to ensure requirements are met.
- Support project management activities as needed.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Required)
