Senior PM
Introduction:
As a Senior PM, you will play a crucial role in our team by managing technical projects and programs. You will be responsible for building and executing project plans, as well as driving delivery using tools like JIRA. This position is fully remote, offering a 7+ month engagement starting ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from VCF 5.2 to 5.9, requiring deep VMware Cloud Foundation knowledge
- Understand the full stack operation of VCF, including operations, monitoring, tooling, and component interactions
- Utilize virtualization and VMware technologies to support project delivery
- Manage software-defined infrastructure projects, such as vSphere, or hands-on experience with VCF deployment and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with VMware vSphere
- Strong knowledge of Virtualization and VMware technologies
- Experience with VCF Deployment
- Familiarity with vSphere
Preferred Skills:
- Experience delivering software-defined infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with VCF deployment and/or lifecycle management
- Enterprise banking experience is strongly preferred
