Location: Westlake, TX (Primary) / Merrimack, NH (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ETL Migration Engineer / Data Integration Engineer to support a large-scale ETL modernization initiative. This role involves migrating legacy ETL pipelines from Informatica to modern platforms such as Airflow, DBT, SnapLogic, or other open-source ETL tools.

This is NOT a traditional Data Engineer role focus is on ETL migration, transformation, and re-platforming, not building new pipelines from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Migrate ETL workflows, data pipelines, mappings, and scripts from legacy ETL tools
Perform Informatica to modern ETL tool migration (re-platforming / conversion)
Analyze and convert existing ETL jobs, data flows, and dependencies
Implement Python-based automation for ETL migration and validation
Work with AWS cloud services for ETL deployment and integration
Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform (DevOps)
Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and validation post-migration

Required Skills (Must Have Keywords):

ETL Migration / ETL Conversion / Data Migration / Re-platforming experience
Strong Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS) Developer or Admin experience
Experience with modern ETL tools: Apache Airflow, DBT, SnapLogic, Talend, Glue, or similar
Strong SQL + Python scripting (automation, data processing)
Hands-on AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, Redshift, etc.)
DevOps tools: Jenkins, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with data workflows, orchestration, and pipeline migration

Nice to Have:

Experience with open-source ETL frameworks
Exposure to data validation/testing frameworks
Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)

Project Details:

Enterprise-level ETL transformation and modernization program
Focus on migrating legacy ETL systems to scalable cloud-based solutions
Long-term project with potential extension and future implementation work
