Overview:
• We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end technical architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Procurement, and FAH.
• This role will be responsible for leading technical development, integration strategy, data architecture, and performance optimization across Oracle Fusion, OIC, FDI, ODI, and ADW.
• The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions Oversee development of RICEW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Architect and guide integration design using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including: REST/SOAP APIs File-based integrations
• Scheduled jobs and app-driven flows Own architecture and governance of data pipelines using: Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Review and approve: Technical design specifications Integration maps FBDI/ADFdi logic Architecture diagrams
• Lead performance tuning, logging strategies, and error-handling frameworks across Oracle environments
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across: OIC integrations ADW pipelines BI reporting and financial data transformations
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead and mentor offshore teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to technical standards
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including regression testing and remediation
• Oversee data migration architecture (mapping, validation, reconciliation, cutover automation)
• Prepare and maintain: Architecture documentation Technical standards Deployment runbooks and KT materials
• Support cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 15 years of ERP experience, including 7-10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)REST/SOAP APIs and secure integrations
- Deep experience with: Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Strong experience with: FBDI / AD Fdi processes BI Publisher and OTBI reporting Custom extensions and integrations
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models across: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, PPM, FAH
- Strong programming/data skills: SQL / PL-SQLJSON, XML, XSLT
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale ERP implementations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
