Desktop Support Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This hybrid position, based in Creve Couer, Missouri, requires a combination of in-office and remote work, providing comprehensive technical support to both on-site and remote users. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end-users across multiple locations.
Provide account support and management, including tasks related to Active Directory and Exchange.
Deliver technical assistance to both on-site users (approximately 20%) and remote users (approximately 70%).
Participate in an after-hours call rotation to ensure IT support is available 24/7.
Work closely with executive-level professionals to address their unique technical requirements.
Configure and maintain desktop workstations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Support the imaging and deployment of desktops while adhering to organizational standards.
Offer guidance to users on the use of Windows 10 systems and related software.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions to streamline future support efforts.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles, with a focus on user assistance.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange account management.
Proficiency in Windows 10 operating systems and desktop imaging processes.
Strong skills in troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.
Experience working with high-level professionals, such as executives or attorneys, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
Ability to participate in an after-hours support rotation when needed.
