Bachelor's in Computer Science (or AIS) + 10+ years experience
5+ years developing system software in heterogeneous, multi-platform environments
Advanced expertise in SE Linux (SELinux) MLS configuration, including:
- MAC labeling & security contexts
- Policy development & debugging
- Least-privilege access policy creation
- MLS FreeIPA integration
- MLS Ethernet networking
Strong Bourne/Bash & Expect scripting
Advanced Linux kernel debugging (source code review, logs, crash, systemtap)
Experience managing Red Hat Satellite repositories (patching & custom kernel builds)
Automation using Ansible & Satellite Server
Experience with LDAP & token-based identity management systems
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (Required to start)

Core Responsibilities Snapshot

Develop, configure & maintain RHEL SE Linux MLS (MAC) configurations across enterprise systems
Deploy automated MLS configurations using Dev/Sec/Ops pipelines
Ensure compliance with security controls (RMF, RTB, etc.)
Maintain HPC system performance while enforcing MAC policies
Support InfiniBand fabrics with proper MAC labeling
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed MLS environments
Modify & optimize scripts and automation frameworks
Provide SME-level support and documentation
