Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong NetSuite expertise to lead and deliver enterprise-level ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects related to NetSuite implementation, enhancement, and integration while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end NetSuite programs including implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and consultants for successful execution.
Oversee NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems.
Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and status reports.
Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and best practices.
Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program or project management.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations and support.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
