Summary

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project delivery within the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
  • Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Participate in the design, build, and testing phases of medium to large complexity software upgrade initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with software functionality.
  • Develop and maintain application-specific training materials in collaboration with trainers.
  • Build strong relationships with end users, customers, and business partners to support project success.
Skills
  • Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
  • 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong focus on billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant applications and knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Epic Certification in Reimbursement Contracts and Claims.
  • Experience in team management and cross-team communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Revenue Cycle operational functions.
