Compensation:
Pay Range: $54.88-$78.40 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our team in Kansas City, MO as a Contract AI Data Architect in a Hybrid work setting. 
• You will design and implement data architectures to support AI initiatives, ensuring compliance and scalability. 
• Your role will involve using advanced data technologies and collaborating across teams to enhance financial services.

Description:
• Design and implement data architectures for AI adoption across the organization.
• Create data models, metadata frameworks, and pipelines for AI/ML processes.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with governance and security teams.
• Oversee AI-ready data platforms integrating various data sources.
• Implement modern data architectures to accelerate AI/ML projects.
• Optimize AI/ML workloads on cloud platforms and manage data pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to align data architecture with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement AI data architecture strategies.
• Design data models and frameworks supporting AI/ML model lifecycle.
• Establish standards for data quality and management.
• Collaborate with teams to enforce ethical AI data usage policies.
• Provide leadership in data modernization and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in designing enterprise data platforms for AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance in financial services.
• Expertise in data architecture frameworks and metadata management.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms and big data technologies.
