* Provide technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability and performance.

* Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.

* Assist business users with system usage, data issues, and reporting needs, ensuring high service levels.

* Support integrations between Empyrean and other enterprise systems, including data validation and reconciliation.

* Participate in system upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives as applicable.

* Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures for knowledge continuity.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
