🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer / Technical Lead with 12+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Robotic Process Automation. The candidate will lead RPA solution design, development, deployment, and support enterprise automation initiatives while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
Lead end-to-end RPA lifecycle including process assessment, feasibility, and solution architecture
Work with Business Analysts to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical designs
Build reusable components, frameworks, and bots following RPA best practices
Handle bot orchestration, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Perform code reviews and mentor junior RPA developers
Integrate RPA with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Web apps, APIs, databases)
Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met
Support production deployments and provide post-implementation maintenance
Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps CI/CD pipelines

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience
5–7+ years of strong hands-on RPA development experience
Expertise in UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism (certification preferred)
Strong programming knowledge in Python / C# / VB.NET / Java
Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, and web services
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices
Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and performance tuning
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

RPA Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certification
Experience in Process Mining (Celonis / UiPath Process Mining)
Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, Document Understanding
Background in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Utilities domains
Experience leading enterprise automation programs
