Pega LSA with 12 to 18 years of experience specializing in Pega System Architecture to lead design development and delivery of scalable Pega applications. Pega Constellation experience is mandatory

Pega Infinity 24.x or higher

• You must have worked on latest versions of Pega (not older 7.x/8.x only).
• Strong application design + development experience expected.

Pega Constellation (Very Important)

• This is the new UI architecture in Pega.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience (not just theoretical).
• If not Constellation, at least Pega Cosmos experience is mandatory (older UI framework).

Job Description

• Lead the architectural design and strategy for Pega applications.
• Ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
• Oversee the end to end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of Pega solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using the Pega platform.
• Stay updated with latest Pega technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Enhancing system capabilities.
• Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards and guidelines to improve team efficiency and code quality.
• Manage integration of Pega applications with enterprise systems using RESTful services JSON XML and other technologies.
• Ensure compliance with Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout project delivery.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure highquality deliverables and professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Pega SA skill cluster family.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Pega projects ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Architect and design enterprise class Pega BPMCRM solutions with a focus on reusable components and scalable frameworks.
• Oversee code quality merges and adherence to coding standards across the team.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks production incidents and application issues promptly.
• Work closely with onshore counterparts business analysts and scrum leads to drive deliverables.
• Create and review design documents unit test cases and conduct system performance testing.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Participate in developing consulting opportunities within the customer base.
• Ensure the delivered solutions meet customer technical and functional requirements and contribute to business benefit realization
