Job Title: Project Manager (Azure DevOps / Data Projects)- Rural Health Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to support a large-scale health data modernization initiative for a state government client. The PM will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, governance, scheduling, and stakeholder management, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams in an Agile/DataOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and roadmaps using MS Project
Oversee project governance, compliance, and reporting (RAID logs, KPIs, dashboards)
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
Drive dependency management and resource planning
Provide executive-level status reporting and communication
Align Agile execution (Azure DevOps) with overall project roadmap
Manage change control processes and impact assessments

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Project Management experience in IT/Data programs
Strong experience with MS Project (mandatory)
Experience managing Agile / Scrum environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
Proven expertise in governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Strong understanding of DataOps / data platform projects

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification
Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams
Prior experience in healthcare or government projects
