Job description: Power Virtual Agent Developer
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
- 6-10 years of Experience with Microsoft Business Applications
- Power Platform Developer, with a strong understanding of the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder / Azure OpenAI, Dataverse, etc.
- Design and develop Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.
- Experience configuring Power Automate (Flow) to automate workflows and integrate systems.
- Experience configuring Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience configuring Power Virtual Agents for creating AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Understanding and experience in Azure Open AI and Co-Pilot capabilities
- Configure data models, create entities, and relationships within the Power Platform.
- Experience working with APIs, integrate with external systems, and handle data transformations.
- Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms.
- Analyze complex business requirements and provide solution for AI base chatbot
- Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform
- Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform
