We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in Identity and
Access Management (IAM), specifically utilizing Okta. In this role, you will be responsible for
bridging our Salesforce development needs with our enterprise security initiatives. Your primary focus will be leading the rollout of Okta Fastpass for our Salesforce environment, handling its installation and ongoing operations, and managing day-to-day Okta administration tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, alongside hands on experience in Okta administration.
Okta Expertise: Proven track record of configuring and deploying Okta Fastpass, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Salesforce Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce programmatic development (Apex,LWC, triggers, integrations) and declarative configuration.
Certifications (Preferred):
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly related toidentity federation and access management workflows.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable development tasks.
