Summary

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead SAP Basis and platform operations.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

·         Coordinate with SAP, AMS teams, and stakeholders for timely issue resolution.

·         Improve platform monitoring, incident management, and RCA processes.

·         Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and operational best practices.

·         Support platform administration and assigned operational controls.

Required Skills

·         10+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

·         Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA.

·         Solid experience with SAP RISE implementations and operations.

·         Expertise in production support, troubleshooting, and RCA.

·         Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

·         SAP BRIM experience.

·         Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation.

·         Experience supporting large-scale enterprise SAP environments.
