Position: IT Business Analyst 3
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid In Person Interview Required)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business analysis sessions
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications
Work closely with business teams, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenarios, and defect tracking activities
Provide end-user training, technical documentation, and Tier-2/Tier-3 support
Analyze current business processes and recommend automation and process improvements
Participate in system implementation, deployment, and data migration activities
Required Skills:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with SQL queries, data mapping, and system integration analysis
Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Figma, wireframing, UI/UX concepts, and user journey mapping
Experience with AI-assisted documentation and productivity tools
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, ClickUp, or similar tools
Preferred:
CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
Experience leading Agile teams or working as a Product Owner
