Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega Lead System Architect for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the hands-on, end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise-class, high-performing, and highly integrated Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will build scalable applications that are built for rapid change and meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities: - Design and develop the overall application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, and UI design
- Provide a scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements
- Design and implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, and Case Management
- Handle Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, UI design, Dashboards, and BIX Troubleshooting
- Resolve Accessibility issues for UI in Theme Cosmos
- Automate testing, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring
- Perform Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing
- Configure, troubleshoot, and fix issues with Stream and Search
- Adhere to Agile scrum, Pega code reviews, guardrail compliance, and UI design system best practices, including Pega Cosmos implementation
Requirements: - PEGA CLSA or PEGA CSSA certification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer
- Proficiency with Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Experience with Oracle SQL / PLSQL
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS3, SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML
- Experience with UI/Cosmos
Desired skills: - Experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Splunk
- Knowledge of Kafka, Hadoop, Reports, and Selenium
- Familiarity with Microservices, APIs, deployment automation, unit test automation, and CI/CD tools
Pay range: $74.51 - $82.51 per hour
