Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to oversee the successful execution of strategic Analytics and AI initiatives. This role plays a critical part in driving delivery excellence across data and analytics programs, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
The Delivery Leader will lead complex, cross-functional projects, partner closely with business and technical stakeholders, and provide structure, clarity, and governance throughout the project lifecycle. This position serves as a trusted bridge between strategy and execution, translating business priorities into actionable delivery plans while enabling teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to operations
• Partner with business stakeholders to align program objectives with strategic goals and value realization
• Drive planning activities including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and status reporting
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies or Waterfall stage-gate processes based on project needs
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate requirements and remove delivery obstacles
• Ensure strong delivery governance, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder communication
• Monitor and manage key delivery metrics including scope, budget, timeline, and benefits realization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and AI delivery practices
Key Requirements
• 8 or more years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on data, analytics, or AI initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience delivering complex programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Hands-on delivery experience with Azure data technologies including Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and AI or machine learning deployment frameworks
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to lead through ambiguity with confidence, organization, and attention to detail
