Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager with strong banking or financial services domain experience to lead and manage enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering banking technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.

Required Skills
•    10+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management.
•    Strong banking or financial services domain experience.
•    Experience managing enterprise banking technology projects.
•    Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•    Project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery management.
•    Risk, issue, and dependency management.
•    Excellent stakeholder and executive communication.
•    Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
•    Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
