Location: Indianapolis, IN
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (37.5 hours per week)
Employment Type: Contract (Contract-to-Hire potential)
Interview Mode: Initial Phone/Teams interview followed by a mandatory In-Person final interview.
Requirements: Candidates must be current Indiana residents and eligible for full-time hire without sponsorship.

Core Responsibilities

Design & Strategy: Support UI/UX design for existing systems, including graphic design, high-fidelity mockups, and user journey mapping.
Development: Build and maintain responsive structures for applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks like Bootstrap.
System Integration: Support custom applications written in .NET and explore new design patterns and technologies.
Collaboration: Work alongside business units and IT teams to define, enhance, and implement new digital solutions.
Agile Participation: Drive continuous improvement of existing applications within an active Agile environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Front-End Development: 2+ years of professional experience in front-end roles.
Design Expertise: 3+ years of experience creating mockups and implementing mobile-first design principles.
Technical Stack: 3+ years of proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, etc.).
Methodology: 3+ years of experience working in Agile development environments.
Portfolio: A mandatory GitHub or Portfolio showcasing diverse projects is required for submission.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics 365 or Squiz CMS.
Familiarity with Java Spring Framework or JavaScript.
Exposure to AI technologies in design or development.
Strong soft skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
