Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead enterprise application initiatives across multiple systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will be a technical generalist with strong leadership abilities, capable of quickly learning new technologies, guiding development teams, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in Agile environments while driving scalable, maintainable, and business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead technical delivery across multiple enterprise applications, integrations, and support initiatives.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

·       Mentor developers, analysts, and vendor teams while ensuring quality deliverables.

·       Drive root cause analysis, production readiness, testing, and continuous process improvements.

·       Support modernization, automation, Agile delivery, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Required Skill

·       10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology environments.

·       Strong technical leadership experience managing cross-functional development and support teams.

·       Expertise in enterprise application architecture, solution design, and systems integration.

·       Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.

·       Strong stakeholder management with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

·       Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and decision-making skills.

·       Experience with enterprise application modernization, automation initiatives, and large-scale implementations (ServiceNow/ERP exposure is a plus).
