We have an immediate need for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Microsoft .NET & Power Platform Solutions for a position based in Redmond, WA, USA. This opportunity follows a hybrid work model with onsite collaboration and focuses on developing and enhancing enterprise CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics technologies and cloud platforms.

In this role, the Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. The position involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement CRM solutions that support business workflows, automation, and customer engagement initiatives. The candidate will develop and enhance CRM components including plugins, workflows, and API integrations while supporting portal development and system customizations. The role also includes working on application integrations, enhancing platform capabilities, and ensuring the reliability and performance of CRM systems. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support continuous improvement of the CRM platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, along with hands-on experience in .NET development using C# and JavaScript. Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform for building automation and integrations is essential. The candidate should also have experience developing plugins, workflows, API integrations, and Dynamics CRM portals. Familiarity with Azure services and modern cloud-based application architectures will be considered an advantage, along with the ability to design and implement business workflows effectively within the Dynamics ecosystem.
