Job#: 3034302 Job Description: The RoleThis is a client-facing implementation leadership role for a project manager who is comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments.
You will lead the day-to-day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams.
This role is ideal for a project manager who is confident managing scope, navigating ambiguity, and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery teams focused and moving forward. You will partner closely with Professional Services POD leaders, aligning on delivery strategy and ensuring strong execution across your projects.
What You'll LeadImplementation & Delivery LeadershipYou will drive the day-to-day execution of client implementations from kickoff through deployment.
- Lead project planning, kickoff, and ongoing delivery execution
- Define and manage scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables
- Translate requirements into actionable delivery plans with technical teams
- Maintain momentum by identifying risks early and driving resolution
- Coordinate internal and client resources to keep delivery on track
- Ensure projects remain aligned to contracted scope and agreed outcomes
- Support structured requirements and solution planning phases
- Lead iterative build and configuration cycles through deployment
- Facilitate backlog clarity, sprint planning, and milestone tracking
- Drive readiness for deployment and successful go-live execution
Client & Stakeholder ManagementThis role requires strong professionalism and confidence working with external clients.
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client delivery communication
- Set and maintain clear expectations around scope, timeline, and responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with director- and executive-level stakeholders
- Provide clear status reporting, including risks and recommended actions
- Navigate scope changes and evolving requirements with structure and transparency
- Build strong working relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries
What We're Looking ForThe strongest candidates for this role:
- 6+ years leading client-facing software or SaaS/PaaS implementations
- BPM implementation experience
- Confidence managing external client expectations and scope
- Strong executive-level communication and professionalism
- Ability to operate across both structured and agile delivery approaches
- Ownership mindset - focused on outcomes, not just coordination
- Calm, organized, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients and technical teams
Helpful experience:
- Professional Services, consulting, or client delivery environments
- Workflow automation, integration-heavy solutions, or process transformation
- PMP or similar certification
