Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone
- Handle approximately 30-40 inbound support calls per day
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Login and password issues, Email and Microsoft Office 365 issues, Software-related problems, Mobile device support requests, General technical support inquiries
- Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting response and resolution expectations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; 2+ years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
- Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite and iOS support
- 2+ years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
- Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Email support
- User account and login troubleshooting, Basic desktop support, iOS support
- High School Diploma or GED
