Job Title: SAP Key User Specialist

Location: Greer, SC (Hybrid)

W2 ONLY

Position Summary

The SAP Key User Specialist supports production and logistics operations by ensuring efficient material flow and inventory control through SAP systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting system and process issues, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reliability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor WIP, inventory, and replenishment systems to ensure smooth production flow.
Manage and control logistics processes using SAP IM/WM systems.
Analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Troubleshoot system, process, and hardware issues; perform root cause analysis.
Maintain accurate SAP master data and inventory records.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and go-live activities.
Develop work instructions, train end-users, and manage system access.
Support inbound/outbound material flow and resolve logistics issues.
Collaborate with IT and third-party support for incident resolution.
Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Lead or support small to mid-size projects and change management activities.

Experience:

4+ years in logistics or SAP key user roles (material flow, inventory, WM).
2+ years SAP systems support, testing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
Project management and cross-functional teamwork experience.

Skills:

Strong SAP WM/IM knowledge and material flow understanding
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Basic knowledge of German, Spanish, or Chinese
