Lead Datawarehouse Engineer (W2/C2C)

Role: Datawarehouse Lead

Location - Warren, NJ, Hybrid – 3days a week Onsite

Job Description

Lead the design, build, and optimization of the enterprise data warehouse on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery, including dimensional models and data marts

• Own end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow, Informatica, or similar), ensuring data is accurate, timely, and scalable across source systems
• Set and enforce standards for data quality, governance, security, and documentation, partnering with stakeholders on access controls and compliance
• Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and developers, conducting code reviews and driving best practices in SQL, performance tuning, and cost management
• Work with business, analytics, and BI teams to translate reporting needs into warehouse solutions, and serve as the technical point of contact for data architecture decisions

Need strong experience in working closely with stakeholders’ management and Communication skills
