Key Responsibilities- Designs, develops, and tests control systems for manufacturing processes.
- Programs and troubleshoots PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with new and existing equipment.
- Develops and maintains detailed documentation for control systems, including schematics and software code.
- Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for control system failures.
- Provides technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
- Stays current with emerging control technologies and industry best practices.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, B&R) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA).
- Experience with robotic systems, vision systems, and motion control.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex control systems and implement effective solutions.
