YSI is seeking a highly qualified Senior Blazor UI UX Developer. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provides advanced Blazor UI/UX development, integration, and technical guidance for complex editor functionality, XML-driven rendering architecture, UI consistency, and interaction workflows.
• Designs UI architecture for dynamic document rendering and interactive editing; oversees XML-to-HTML translation; develops/reviews JavaScript code interacting with the DOM; supports application state, commands, validation, and review workflows.
• Writes/reviews security-compliant UI code, including safe user-input handling and DOM manipulation; supports Azure DevOps Git code reviews and controlled merges; maintains UI/UX standards across menus, toolbars, panels, dialogs, and editor surfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years developing complex web-based applications and at least 5 years using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in production environments.
• Advanced Blazor Server experience; advanced JavaScript interop and DOM-based UI manipulation experience; strong understanding of XML-based document models, schema-driven content, and structured document semantics.
• Experience defining or overseeing XML-to-HTML translation strategies for document-centric applications; familiarity with DITA, DocBook, or equivalent custom XML schemas.

Certifications:

• Must hold at least one Government-accepted certification: AZ-204, Microsoft .NET Developer/equivalent, CIW Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 Specialist, CIW JavaScript Specialist, or Government-approved equivalent.
