Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sprinklr Implementation Consultant (Social) to drive successful onboarding, implementation, and optimization of Sprinklr solutions for enterprise clients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality configurations, ensuring platform adoption, and providing strategic consulting aligned with client business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sprinklr Social implementation, digital marketing, and omnichannel strategy, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver measurable business value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Sprinklr Social solutions for enterprise clients
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system design, and platform configurations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define best practices and improve product adoption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic consulting and recommendations based on social insights and analytics
  • Design and implement campaign structures, tagging frameworks, and workspace configurations
  • Conduct platform health checks, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies
  • Deliver training and onboarding sessions to ensure effective platform usage
  • Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, APIs, and advertising technologies

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Sprinklr Social product implementation and configuration
  • Strong experience in MarTech / AdTech / Digital Media consulting
  • Expertise in campaign setup, media planning, and brand marketing strategy
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing (paid, owned, organic)
  • Experience with workspace configuration, tagging structures, and enterprise-level implementations
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, audience insights, KPIs, and analytics
  • Familiarity with API integrations, channel APIs, and digital ecosystem
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
