* Own productivity, quality, and operational health metrics, including executive level reporting and business reviews
* Use data to surface risks, trade offs, and opportunities, enabling informed decision making by senior leadership
* Establish mechanisms to continuously improve quality, reliability, and delivery velocity

Stakeholder & People Leadership
* Influence and align senior stakeholders across product, engineering, research, and operations without direct authority
* Act as a people leader / task master, ensuring strong planning, prioritization, execution discipline, and accountability across teams
* Mentor program managers and contribute to the evolution of program management best practices within the organization

Risk, Readiness & Enablement
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks across programs
* Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base and training platform to enable operational readiness, onboarding, and global execution
* Ensure programs meet readiness standards for launch, scale, and long term support

Research & Ecosystem Expansion
* Work closely with research organizations to transition early stage innovations into scalable product and operational workflows
* Support new business and partner ecosystem growth, enabling engagement with a large and diverse set of external partners
* Drive alignment between exploratory research and production grade product requirements
