Project Manager 3

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing software development projects in complex enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.

• Experience working in fast-paced, cloud-first environments using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Secure Application Development Life Cycle (SADLC), Agile methodologies, and modern DevOps practices.

• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, resources, and delivery commitments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, product, architecture, compliance, security, and operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting project updates, dashboards, metrics, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to remove delivery impediments, resolve conflicts, negotiate dependencies, and maintain alignment across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Azure DevOps for project planning, backlog management, reporting, and delivery tracking.

• Experience with Clarity or a similar Project Portfolio Management tool.

• Experience supporting integration-heavy, API-driven, or data-centric software solutions.

• Project Management Professional, Certified Project Manager, or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience supporting enterprise-level software applications and large-scale technology initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to implement Agile best practices, improve team processes, and support accurate delivery forecasting.

• Experience developing executive reports, burn-up charts, dashboards, KPIs, and other project performance metrics.
