Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Able to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
Manage and maintain the central repository for risks, issues, decisions and dependencies.
Sets and enforces deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively.
Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy.
Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and team members.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts across teams.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
Builds and contributes to a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.

Specialties / Technologies:

Strong knowledge of SAP.
Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments.
Knowlegde of the ADO tool is an asset.
