Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in delivering high-quality software solutions following SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the impact of new programs and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define system specifications and project feasibility.
Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software applications.
Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle standards and best practices.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Oversee development activities and guide team members in technical implementation.
Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads for development teams.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including user and administrator guides.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
Prepare status reports and ensure timely project completion aligned with goals.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration within project teams.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support organizational quality programs and initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in application systems analysis and programming.
Proven experience in software development and full stack technologies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
Ability to lead development teams and manage technical deliverables.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of program development experience.
Minimum 3 years of specialized programming experience aligned with business needs.

Should Have:

Working knowledge of claims management systems.
Experience in enterprise application development environments.

Skills:

Java full stack development.
Application systems analysis.
Leadership and team management.
Communication and presentation skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Analytical and interpretive abilities.
Organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in software development.
