Essential Functions:

  • Led end?to?end delivery of facility and building operations projects?including MEP upgrades, infrastructure repairs, system replacements, and capital improvements?from scope development through closeout.
  • Served as primary liaison for stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on project scope, budget, risk, and technical requirements.
  • Developed detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitored progress to ensure on?time, on?budget, and code?compliant completion.
  • Oversaw contractor and vendor performance throughout all project phases, including bidding, contract negotiation, mobilization, construction oversight, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Conducted site assessments, infrastructure evaluations, and MEP system inspections to identify project needs, validate progress, and ensure quality standards.
  • Performed feasibility studies, cost analyses, and lifecycle assessments to support capital planning and facility optimization strategies.
  • Ensured compliance with OSHA, NFPA, building codes, safety regulations, and internal facility standards throughout all project activities.
  • Facilitated project meetings, managed documentation, tracked milestones, and resolved issues to maintain project momentum and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinated closely with facility operations teams to integrate new systems and upgrades with minimal disruption to ongoing building operations.
  • Created project reports, financial summaries, change orders, punch lists, and final closeout documentation for internal and client review.
  • Utilized CMMS platforms (Corrigo / Maximo) to track project-related work orders, update asset data, and ensure alignment with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Oversaw safety protocols on all project sites, ensuring proper use of PPE, addressing safety concerns, and completing incident/near?miss reporting.
  • Contributed technical expertise to business development efforts, including proposals, cost estimates, and project transition plans.
  • Managed multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining high standards of communication, quality, and operational excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field,
  • Proven expertise in managing large budgets, vendor relationships, and high-level client accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corrigo, Maximo, Coupa and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on employee development and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance, with experience in facility safety training and incident reporting.

Education:

  • Bachelor?s degree (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Other:

  • Experience with LEED, WELL, and other green and sustainability standards
  • Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation.
  • Solid business acumen and basic accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to grow strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and maintain composure in a variety of situations.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultative, and negotiation skills.
