Investigate technical issues, validate data accuracy, and document procedures, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
Escalate policy, security, architectural, and risk-related concerns to the appropriate stakeholders when decisions require broader review or approval.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 administration, governance, security, automation, or reporting functions.
Solid knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, including site structure, document libraries, Microsoft 365 groups, Teams-connected sites, permissions, site ownership, sharing controls, and guest access management.
Working familiarity with advanced governance capabilities such as ownership reporting, site attestation, inactive site management, lifecycle controls, and data access monitoring.
Intermediate PowerShell skills, ideally including SharePoint Online Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph PowerShell, APIs, or similar reporting and integration tools.
Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Azure Automation, or Logic Apps.
Understanding of Microsoft Purview features related to sensitivity labels, retention, records management, information protection, and auditing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, guest identity management, enterprise applications, and service principals.
Ability to build reporting solutions and dashboards while demonstrating strong troubleshooting, documentation, technical writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
