Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role will focus on ensuring successful user adoption, behavior change, and sustained business value realization through strategic communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on user support.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading digital workplace transformation and enterprise collaboration platform adoption initiatives, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, security, governance, learning & development, and Copilot technical teams to deliver an effective and scalable adoption strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Change Management & Adoption
- Define and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify adoption risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop persona-based adoption plans aligned to business functions and user needs.
- Drive user engagement initiatives to increase adoption, usage, and business value realization.
- Build and manage a network of Copilot Champions / Change Agents across departments.
Training & User Enablement
- Design and deliver role-based training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning sessions for enterprise users.
- Conduct live demonstrations and real-world business scenario walkthroughs using Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Provide post-training support through office hours, guided usage sessions, and user handholding activities.
- Create training materials, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), FAQs, job aids, and recorded learning content.
- Educate users on prompting best practices and effective Copilot usage techniques.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and execute communication plans including awareness campaigns, leadership messaging, newsletters, and user communications.
- Partner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, HR, and IT teams to drive organizational alignment.
- Promote responsible AI usage and reinforce governance, compliance, and security guardrails.
- Gather user feedback and continuously refine adoption and learning strategies.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track adoption metrics, training effectiveness, user engagement, and satisfaction KPIs.
- Analyze adoption trends and recommend improvements to increase usage and productivity outcomes.
- Support ongoing optimization of enterprise AI enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Digital Workplace Adoption, Technology Enablement, or Learning & Adoption roles.
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 or enterprise collaboration platform adoption initiatives.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across:
- Outlook
- Teams
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Experience delivering enterprise training programs, webinars, and workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating user enablement artifacts including QRGs, FAQs, and learning materials.
- Understanding of AI adoption challenges, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide change communication initiatives.
