Onsite 5 days a week in either New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, Nashville, TN

The organization seeks a Senior Technology Vendor Manager to lead operational and strategic management of a complex technology vendor portfolio. The role owns end-to-end contract lifecycle management, negotiation, governance, and performance oversight across cloud, software, infrastructure, telecom, and platform vendors. The position collaborates with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Procurement to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and drive value, innovation, and accountability.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $78.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Contract Management & Negotiation:
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, redlining, execution, and renewal.
  • Drive contract negotiations, ensuring terms are commercially favorable and risk appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Sourcing to align contracts with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, consolidation, and service optimization through strategic sourcing.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in vendor management, IT procurement, or contract negotiation.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology vendor relationships.
  • Track record leading contract negotiations, governance strategies, and cross-functional business reviews.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous deals in various stages.
  • Strong understanding of cloud, SaaS, telecom, infrastructure, and related technology domains.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, or a related field.
