Summary

Title: D365 Support Analyst

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Duration: 12 months +

Pay range: $35-$40

Day to Day:

Serve as the first and second line of functional support for D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement users, triaging incoming tickets and service requests through the ESS support queue.

Perform routine system administration tasks including security role assignment, user provisioning and deprovisioning, and access reviews aligned with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles

Assist with environment refreshes, sandbox-to-production promotions, and validation activities in partnership with technical teams.

Deliver targeted re training and hands-on coaching to end users, super users, and new joiners across supported business units.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in application support, business/systems analysis, or ERP/CRM administration.

1+ years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) or a comparable ERP/CRM platform.

Tier 2/3 Functional Support
