Ability to go into details and extract functional details: o Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product vision and business outcomes. o Collaborate with prospective end users / SMEs to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements related to payments, settlements, and reconciliation. o Prioritize the Product Roadmap which aligns with the overall vision of the product o Articulate the product requirements (written and verbal) and present it. Example: business flow diagrams, mind maps, designing wireframes, writing user stories Documentation Skill: o Translate Product roadmap into well-defined product requirements by documenting epics, features, user stories & acceptance criteria o Knowledge in preparing business process flowcharts using tools like MIRO, , Visio etc. o Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps/AHA etc. o Create wireframes using prototyping or wireframing tools. Ability to visualize the User Interface of features, suggest the challenges in usability and provide suggestions to UI/UX team. Work closely with technology teams to design, test, and implement payment solutions. Analyse payment processing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency. Conduct market research on emerging payment trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, PSD2, and AML/KYC guidelines. Monitor transaction performance, fraud risks, and security measures. Generate reports and dashboards to track payment KPIs and business metrics. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on payment initiatives. |
