Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Analyst III to support operational analytics and business reporting initiatives.

This role focuses on building reports, analyzing operational data, and delivering insights that support key business and financial decisions. The analyst will work directly with internal stakeholders to design reporting solutions and ensure the accuracy and quality of data used across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI to support operational and management reporting.

• Analyze reporting data to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across business operations.

• Create new reports and enhance existing reporting solutions based on evolving business needs.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Facilitate meetings with business users to understand processes and identify reporting improvements.

• Track and verify reporting statistics to ensure data integrity for financial and operational decisions.

• Train employees and managers on reporting tools and analytical data programs.

• Design and maintain database queries and data extraction processes.

• Present insights and reporting outcomes to leadership and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience with SQL and Power BI.

• Experience communicating directly with stakeholders and presenting analytical findings.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or research analytics.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and reporting methodologies.

• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into reporting solutions.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
