Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with extensive knowledge of Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive systems and a proven track record of providing exceptional technical support. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver effective solutions to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support for Rockwell FTPC, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to FTPC and associated systems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on FTPC functionalities and best practices.
Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans for new software releases and updates.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in FTPC and automotive technologies.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall production capabilities.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Production Centre (FTPC).
7-10 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Rockwell Automation products.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
Project management experience.
Certifications related to Rockwell Automation or technical support.
