Management Analyst - Modernization Operations Analysis
Location:Remote
Description:
Seeking highly motivated and self-directed Management Analysts to provide analysis and advisory support, assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale healthcare operations and modernization efforts. These roles will conduct organizational studies, current-state assessments, gap analyses, and data collection to support actionable recommendations and implementation support.
These positions are contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct current-state operational assessments and document workflows, roles, controls, and performance indicators.
Perform gap analyses between current and target states; develop findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups; analyze results and synthesize insights.
Support business/workforce optimization planning and operational efficiency recommendations.
Develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to communicate progress and outcomes.
Support benefits realization planning and measurement aligned to modernization initiatives.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills and ability to develop practical, measurable recommendations.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and capturing outcomes.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience supporting healthcare payer/benefits operations, claims processing, or federal service delivery
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
5+ years relevant experience preferred
